Aster Shoes - Since 1913, Aster Chaussure has been making top quality children's shoes. They have been a family run company for generations, running 2 factories in France. Their factories are in two villages, in the southwest region, St. Astier and St. Germain du Salembre. The name "Aster" comes from one of the villages St. Astier, which is surrounded by the Aster flower.
As a European company distributing shoes to over 50 countries worldwide, they have only been in the United States just a little under a decade. So although they are an old company, we are relatively new to many of you.
